Courses and Workshops

ERT is unable to offer Refunds on courses or workshops.
If a participant who has registered and pre-paid for one of our Red Cross First Aid CPR courses, is unable to attend, the participant has the option to RESCHEDULE their training. Request for rescheduling must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance of scheduled course. A rescheduling fee may be charged to the participant due to the limited number of participants per course and pre-paid secured placement for a course.
